The CHEMTROL® PC5000 is a flagship, all-in-one platform for facilities that demand tight water balance and coordinated equipment automation. It continuously supervises pH and sanitizer (ORP or ppm with compatible sensors) while driving chemical feed with adjustable setpoints, proportional/PID dosing, dose limits, and lockouts to prevent overfeed. At the same time, it orchestrates pumps, filters, heaters, valves, lighting, and auxiliaries through programmable relays and interlocks—so backwash cycles, heat enable, and safety sequences run the same way every time with minimal operator intervention. For high-load pools, spa banks, and institutional facilities, the PC5000 turns daily care into a repeatable, auditable process.
Operators get the tools that matter day-to-day: clear front-panel status and alarms, data logging/trending for compliance and optimization, and options for remote supervision to check readings or adjust setpoints without a site visit.
