Shipping policy

We offer free ground and freight shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii (ground or freight) will include a shipping charge calculated at checkout. If a freight quote is required and cannot be calculated automatically, our team will reach out with the freight shipping quote.

Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your card. We then check inventory to confirm your item is in stock and available to ship. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out by email to discuss options. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and begin preparing your order.

Handling time (clear)
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Order cutoff time
Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be treated as if received on the next business day for handling-time purposes.

Delivery methods and timeframes
• Ground shipping transit time: 1–3 business days
• Freight/LTL transit time: 3–10 business days
Overall delivery window (handling + transit): 4–13 business days

Order shipment and confirmation
Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking details to the address used at checkout. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within four business days of your order, please follow up at sales@summitpoolsupply.com.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note of it with the carrier at the time of delivery or refuse the shipment. If you do accept delivery, immediately take photos of the packaging and any product damage. If your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to sales@summitpoolsupply.com, then visit our Returns page to submit your return claim.
