Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club

  • Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (ACH/Wire): available for orders over $15,000 (contact us for instructions)

How Payments Are Processed

  • Payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant processors (e.g., Shopify Payments/Shop Pay and PayPal).

  • For most orders, your card is authorized at checkout and captured (charged) when the order is confirmed for shipment or as otherwise stated on the product page.

  • ACH/Wire invoices must clear before shipment is released.

Order Verification & Security

  • For high-value orders, we may request additional verification (e.g., matching billing/shipping details, government-issued ID, or business documentation).

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified.

Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • If a pricing or availability error is discovered, we will contact you before processing or will cancel and refund the order.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Once a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider typically completes processing within 3–10 business days.

Payment Issues

  • If a payment is declined, confirm that billing details match your card/bank records or try another method.

  • For large transactions (e.g., bank limits or wire setup), contact us and your bank for assistance.
